Welcome to changewomenshealth.com (“Website”), operated by Women’s Health Collective, a nonprofit organization (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website and any services, memberships, or materials offered through it.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
This Website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Membership and Transactions
We may offer paid memberships or services. When you enroll or make a purchase, your payment information is processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. All payment information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Automatic Renewal
All memberships are billed on an annual recurring basis. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees until you cancel.
You will receive a confirmation email upon enrollment that outlines your plan and renewal schedule. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing at any time, with advance notice to you before your next billing cycle.
3. Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at info@womenshealthcollective.us.
Please note: All payments are non-refundable. Canceling your membership will stop any future charges, but no partial or full refunds will be issued for any unused time or remaining membership duration.

The Women’s Health Collective name, logo, and all associated branding are the exclusive property of the organization. You may not use, reproduce, or display these assets in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without prior written permission.

Women’s Health Collective has applied for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service. At this time, we are awaiting formal determination.
As such, donations and membership fees are not currently tax-deductible. If our tax-exempt status is approved, donations made after our official formation date may be retroactively deductible under IRS rules.
Donors should consult a tax advisor to determine whether any contributions may qualify for future deduction. If retroactive eligibility is confirmed, we will notify donors and offer updated receipts.
